Trusses
Kingspan Off-Site offers innovative solutions for your roof structures. Kingspan Off-Site’s roof trusses are an addition to its standard timber frame kits. Kingspan Off-Site’s offer as part of the package includes design, firebreaks, party walls, ancillary packages and glue-laminated beams.
Floors
Kingspan Off-Site can offer lightweight yet strong open web joists. With open web joists you can achieve greater clear spans than solid or I-Joists, reducing the need for internal load-bearing walls and giving you greater flexibility. The joists have a steel web system which leaves a space for services in the floor.
