In order to simplify the design procurement process, Kingspan Optima is available in three options, each of which is tailored to meet the different needs of contractors and developers.

Create
With this package, the client’s architect will provide the architectural design. The client then liaises with Kingspan on the specification and content of the required package before proceeding to designing, manufacturing and installing the system on-site.
Select
With this package, the client selects a house design from the Kingspan Optima range. This takes in a variety of house types developed by Kingspan Off-Site to ensure the most efficient use of Kingspan Optima components. The solution is then manufactured and installed to one of the predefined designs and the client’s specification.
Optimise
Cartwright Pickard Architects are appointed to design the scheme to the client’s brief and supply what is a fully integrated service.
