Kingspan Logic (traditional open panel timber frame) is the most widely used form of modern methods of construction (MMC) in the UK and Kingspan Off-Site has over 17 years experience in the manufacture and erection and timber frame buildings. Kingspan Logic is ideal for a wide range of developments including both residential and commercial. Kingspan Logic can go up to 7 storeys although in most cases it is best suited economically to 1-4 storey developments, and is quick to erect.
Kingspan Logic also comes with the option of pre-fit non-fibrous high performance insulation. There are various thicknesses to choose from, so you can reach even lower U-values and achieve higher levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
