Kingspan Logic is Kingspan Off-Site’s traditional timber frame solution and includes erection on-site. Kingspan Logic offers time savings when compared to traditional block work construction and can be built up to 7 storeys. Kingspan Off-Site offers a range of options including pre-installed insulation.
Traditional open panel timber frame is the most widely used form of timber frame in the UK and Kingspan Off-Site has more than seventeen years of experience in manufacture and erection. Kingspan Logic is ideal for a wide range of sites including both residential and commercial.
Kingspan Logic is also available with factory installed CFC/HCFC-free rigid urethane insulation. With various thicknesses of insulation to choose from even lower U-values can be achieved allowing for higher levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes to be obtained.
